About the role
- Support the company during a critical phase of operational recruiting
- Responsible for the entire recruiting process from role intake and interviews through to contract signing
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through active sourcing
- Build effective talent pools and maintain relationships with candidates
- Advise hiring managers on search strategies and role requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment law throughout the recruiting process
- Track key metrics such as time-to-hire and derive actionable improvements
Requirements
- Several years (typically 5+ years) of experience as a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter
- Proven hands-on experience in active sourcing, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong background in end-to-end recruiting for diverse roles (e.g., tech, commercial, operations)
- Confident and professional communication with hiring managers at all levels
- Experience with common ATS and recruiting tools
- Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
- Availability for an interim / project-based assignment
