About the role

  • Support the company during a critical phase of operational recruiting
  • Responsible for the entire recruiting process from role intake and interviews through to contract signing
  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through active sourcing
  • Build effective talent pools and maintain relationships with candidates
  • Advise hiring managers on search strategies and role requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment law throughout the recruiting process
  • Track key metrics such as time-to-hire and derive actionable improvements

Requirements

  • Several years (typically 5+ years) of experience as a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter
  • Proven hands-on experience in active sourcing, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruiting for diverse roles (e.g., tech, commercial, operations)
  • Confident and professional communication with hiring managers at all levels
  • Experience with common ATS and recruiting tools
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
  • Availability for an interim / project-based assignment
