About the role
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the sales area
- Monitor and organize the sales floor
- Take responsibility for product availability on the sales floor
- Ensure the highest level of customer service
- Develop individual employees and the team in line with company objectives
- Monitor visual merchandising (VM) and marketing standards as well as other relevant KPIs in the store
- Contribute to a positive working atmosphere and a strong sense of belonging to the PTH group
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in retail, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience, preferably in sports, footwear and/or fashion
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position
- Leadership experience with teams of a comparable size
- Professional experience in coaching & training, particularly people management
- Basic interest in digital tools and MS Office
- Fluent German (business/negotiation level); good English is desirable
