About the role

  • Configure and maintain Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling modules to support business rules, accruals, eligibility, and compliance requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned deliverables, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations
  • Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and lead testing sessions to validate solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them
  • Support Workday releases and regression testing to ensure new features and updates function as expected
  • Contribute to planning and solution design activities, bringing subject matter expertise to client engagements
  • Support internal initiatives, contribute to knowledge sharing, and help improve practice tools and methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Demonstrate increasing independence in client interactions, with a proactive and consultative approach to stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 year experience with Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling
  • Current Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Previous experience deploying Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling for both large and medium enterprise clients with other Workday partner(s)
  • Full cycle implementation experience required
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
