Support all Windows and Linux related data center infrastructure
Provide technical support in your area
Ensure projects are delivered on time and budget
Ensure operational SLAs are met and/or exceeded
Serve as an escalation point for junior technicians
Responsible for on-call rotation and support requests
Ensure quality, compliance, and stability through documentation review and creation

Requirements

Strong understanding of VMware vSphere environments
Strong understanding of Server Technologies, Dell, HP, IAAS (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Strong understanding of Storage Technologies, Volume Management, NFS, SAN, NAS, various vendor solutions
VMware ESXi / Horizon View / vROps
Active Directory
DNS/DHCP/TCP IP/IIS
Remote Desktop Services
Group Policy Objects
Spacewalk and/or Satellite server
Windows Server administration
Linux Server administration
Solaris/HP-UX
RHEL/OEL
Ubuntu/Centos/Kubernetes
Basic networking: IP Addressing, Subnets, Routing, and Switching
Backup – Data Recovery Options and technologies
Automation and scripting experience (i.e. Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform)
Must be a US Citizen
Active Secret Security Clearance, desirable
Prior Enterprise data center experience a plus!
Documentation experience - review, creation, testing, and execution
