About the role
- Work closely with customer’s partner(s) in the implementation and conversion of their current PLM system to Windchill+
- Provide necessary technical support required to design and configure a solution that meets the Windchill+ guardrails
- Collaborate with PTC SaaS BDM’s, PLM Segment and R&D for technical assessment phase
- Establish timeframes, schedules, deliverables with the customer/SI partner Project/Program manager
- Design, implement and validate solutions in Windchill Plus SaaS environment
- Provide the customer experience and implementer’s perspective to the continued development of SaaS tools, services and features
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting/implementing/deploying/supporting PLM systems or other Enterprise Applications
- Availability for overnight travel (15%)
- Knowledge of Cloud based Infrastructure and technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience in software development, build and deployment (JAVA, JSP, XML, Ant)
- Windchill PLM experience
