About the role
- Lead client communications and project management for regional rollouts of recruiting technology stack
- Own day-to-day project management: status reporting, RAID logs, cross-functional coordination
- Capture user needs and reflect them in configuration, workflows, and training plans
- Drive structured hypercare period after go-live, ensuring issues are triaged and resolved
- Act as primary client liaison during regional implementations
Requirements
- 5+ years in implementation, client management, or HR tech delivery
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or Workday integrations preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for regional rollouts
