About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large key accounts in Spain
- Develop and execute annual Key Account Plans
- Deliver volume growth and margin development
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
- Monitor service levels and take corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- Proven experience in Sales, within Food, FMCG, or Foodservice
- Strong English skills; Spanish fluency required
- Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
- Comfortable operating in a multi-cultural, international environment
