💰 $82,500 - $136,100 per year

About the role

  • Understand program goals and contribute building components, process and sequence
  • Analyze data to develop accurate reports and summaries
  • Assists in developing professional and polished artifacts (roadmaps, portfolio updates etc.) to engage our stakeholders
  • Support in organizing and running scaled agile events - quarterly portfolio planning and monthly portfolio review events
  • Help with the development of new procedures and policies to streamline processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience with project or program management is crucial
  • Ability to lead independently with minimal guidance
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes needed for making sound decisions
  • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
  • Applied experience with several of the following: Proven understanding of a business line or functional area
  • Problem Solving – deep knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving interpersonal, operational or process problems
  • Effective Communications - Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking - Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail - Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy
