About the role
- Collect, organize, and analyze performance data and key metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for individual territories.
- Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day project coordination and operational tasks.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for Wealth Management and Financial Planning Programs, ensuring presentations align with program objectives, branding and learning standards.
- Support meetings by preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business, finance, project management, or related fields preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint including data analysis, dashboards, presentations.
- Familiarity with data visualization / reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
