About the role

  • Supporting the launch of an inclusive, enterprise-wide implementation plan that integrates culture expectations into processes, systems, and employee experiences.
  • Driving accountability, alignment, and momentum across the culture change program by coordinating workstreams, managing timelines, and ensuring consistent communication.
  • Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to reinforce how culture shows up in collaboration, decision-making, feedback, leadership behaviors, and customer support.
  • Helping translate culture concepts into practical tools, resources, and routines that teams can adopt and sustain.
  • May also be additional opportunities to support Prudential’s Business Resource Groups, C&I Global Event Planning, Culture & Inclusion/DEI Website Maintenance, and/or various People Team initiatives.
  • This role is essential in ensuring the culture transformation is executed with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Passion for initiating action-oriented solutions a must!
  • Experience of working within large and complex organizations.
  • Proven history of facilitating large initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator - written and verbal - and exceptional at collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
  • Learning mindset with a clear interest in being curious and creative, and a capacity to quickly absorb new concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet also be a team player.
  • It’d be a plus if you had: DEI-related project management a plus.
  • Financial industry experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of industries where Prudential and PGIM compete.
  • Strategic thinking and solution ideation, with evidence of contribution to team strategy and outcomes.
