About the role
- End-to-end technical leadership for technology modernization
- Drive solution architecture and design for multiple journeys/platforms
- Collaborate with product owners and engineers to develop roadmap
- Define and prioritize enablers to build the architectural runway
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members
- Maintain knowledge of innovative principles and theories
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of business concepts needed for decision making
- Ability to learn new skills and tackle challenges
- Excellent executive presence for communicating technical solutions
- Significant experience with Domain Driven architectures, API development, Cloud engineering, DevSecOps, Applications development
- UI/UX knowledge and skills preferred
- Customer journey mapping experience is a must, insurance industry experience is a plus
