About the role
- Support wire & custody activity for all the Private asset managers PGIM REF and PPC.
- Serve as a control point for the Settlements Unit
- Partner effectively and efficiently with internal and external business partners, including Private Accounting, Deal Management, Internal and External Systems Teams, Corporate Banking, Third Party Clients, Asset Managers, and Prudential Global Funding.
- Wire Database - reviewing and processing wires generated from the Privates accounting system
- Participated wires – derived from asset transfers; internal cash moves for incoming principal and interest.
- Misdirected wires & overpayments – review wiring instructions and return funds in a timely manner
- Expense Payments - ensure that the appropriate expense supplemental forms used for year-end tax reporting is completed correctly.
- Foreign Currency Wires – straights, FX conversions, comp claims, FX swaps
- Participate in UAT and report findings for internal system releases (Wire Database, ULTRA, TITAN, Kyriba, Loan Connect/Omnia)
- Documentum / Records Retention – ensure requirements are met
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years experience is preferred; direct experience in the banking and financial service industries a plus
- Bachelors degree
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High level of self-motivation and dedication
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task during high volume periods
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with team members and other internal/external partners
- Proficient in managing access & use across multiple banking portals and internal systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
