About the role

  • Own company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and KPI reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial insight to support decision-making, growth initiatives, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with commercial and go-to-market leaders to evaluate pricing strategies, customer economics, and deal structures.
  • Own financial modelling and analysis to support fundraising activities.
  • Support fundraising and corporate development processes.
  • Monitor and analyse the competitive and market landscape.
  • Act as a strategic FP&A partner to the Director of Finance, CFO, CEO, and functional leaders.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience across strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar roles.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills with expert-level Excel capability.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present, negotiate and influence at a senior level.
  • Experience in dealing with financial and management reporting requirements and systems.
  • Experience leveraging modern financial systems and BI tools to support scalable reporting and planning.
  • Experience building and owning financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
