About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and KPI reporting.
- Provide strategic financial insight to support decision-making, growth initiatives, and resource allocation.
- Partner with commercial and go-to-market leaders to evaluate pricing strategies, customer economics, and deal structures.
- Own financial modelling and analysis to support fundraising activities.
- Support fundraising and corporate development processes.
- Monitor and analyse the competitive and market landscape.
- Act as a strategic FP&A partner to the Director of Finance, CFO, CEO, and functional leaders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5+ years of relevant experience across strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar roles.
- Advanced financial modelling skills with expert-level Excel capability.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present, negotiate and influence at a senior level.
- Experience in dealing with financial and management reporting requirements and systems.
- Experience leveraging modern financial systems and BI tools to support scalable reporting and planning.
- Experience building and owning financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
