About the role

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that meet challenging programme timelines and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and market intelligence.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with capital delivery priorities.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate procurement and delivery risks.
  • Establish baselines, measure performance, and report progress to clients and Programme Managers.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and mentoring to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Executive level experience in Capital Procurement, gained within a Client, Consulting, or Supplier environment (ideally a combination of at least 2)
  • Deep expertise in delivering/overseeing very large, complex, Capital-focused programmes within EMEA or worldwide
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and risk management skills.
  • Team leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent organisational and programme management skills.
