Requirements

  • From a consultancy background
  • Demonstrable experience of managing teams
  • Working hand in hand with clients / stakeholders on programs with senior level visibility
  • A deep understanding of procurement and or supply chain, ideally across sectors and categories
  • Exceptional consulting skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships quickly
  • Strong intellectual capability and flexibility
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and natural curiosity
  • Ability to absorb complex information and turn it into insight
  • Proven ability to build rapport and connect with people internally and externally
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
