About the role
- End-to-end management of complex programs that are C-Suite visible due to their direct impact on business performance
- Leadership and development of a team of specialists
- Contribution to growth initiatives in client engagement and new client pursuits
- Act as a senior leader in Proxima, supporting key internal initiatives
- Enhancing Proxima’s brand and reputation in the marketplace
Requirements
- From a consultancy background
- Demonstrable experience of managing teams
- Working hand in hand with clients / stakeholders on programs with senior level visibility
- A deep understanding of procurement and or supply chain, ideally across sectors and categories
- Exceptional consulting skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships quickly
- Strong intellectual capability and flexibility
- Excellent critical thinking skills and natural curiosity
- Ability to absorb complex information and turn it into insight
- Proven ability to build rapport and connect with people internally and externally
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and demand for quality
- Demonstrable ability to tell engaging stories verbally and through high-quality PowerPoint and Word
