About the role

  • You independently manage IT projects from planning through successful implementation.
  • You analyze and optimize the IT landscape within our logistics processes.
  • You perform functional tests and ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
  • You implement new IT infrastructures and support their transition into operational use.
  • You act as the interface between IT and the relevant business units.
  • You advise customers, gather feedback, and professionally present project results.
  • You create meaningful reports and data analyses to support project control.
  • You provide advisory support to colleagues on technical questions and issues.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field (IHK) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages, networking, and general IT environments.
  • Solid knowledge of various project management methodologies.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills.
  • High level of persistence, resilience, and self-discipline.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong quality orientation.
  • Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team and to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • High willingness to learn, motivation, and creativity.
  • Good technical understanding and strong English skills.
