About the role

  • You independently manage IT projects from planning through to successful delivery.
  • You analyze and optimize the IT landscape within our logistics processes.
  • You conduct functional tests and ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
  • You implement new IT infrastructures and support their introduction into operational use.
  • You act as the interface between IT and the affected business units.
  • You advise customers, collect feedback, and present project results professionally.
  • You create meaningful reports and perform data analyses for project control.
  • You provide technical advice and support to colleagues on questions and issues.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT (IHK) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages, networking, and general IT environments.
  • Solid knowledge of various project management methodologies.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills.
  • High level of perseverance, resilience, and self-discipline.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team and accept criticism.
  • High willingness to learn, strong motivation, and creativity.
  • Good technical understanding and a strong command of English.
