About the role
- Manage and develop a dedicated client portfolio — from mid-sized companies to large corporations
- Proactively acquire new customers
- Provide strategic consulting on promotional product solutions
- Develop creative concepts together with clients
- Manage projects — from inquiry through to final delivery
- Act as a liaison between clients, purchasing, production and logistics
- Responsible for revenue, budget and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or university degree — ideally with a focus on sales, marketing or communications
- Several years of experience in account management or B2B sales — preferably in an agency, retail or service environment
- Excellent German language skills
- Good English language skills
