Provide leadership within the respiratory care department at Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital
Support patient-focused, whole-person care and empower caregivers to deliver quality care
Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies and promote best practices in clinical care
Requirements
Upon hire: California Respiratory Care Practitioner License OR California Temporary Respiratory Care Practitioner
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
Upon hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
3 years Management experience
2 years Experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in an acute care setting
Experience as a NICU Therapist or Leader in an acute care setting
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
