Provide leadership and coordination for developing and managing the communication of the Providence Mission as lived out in Mother Joseph Administrative Center, in ministries and religious life.
Communicate to various publics, to the media, to the Sisters of the Province and to the congregation-at-large.
Manage website content, social media, graphic design, video production, and website publishing.
Support development efforts for the Sisters of Providence Mother Joseph Administrative Center and align messaging with Providence Mission.
Work on site four days a week and remote one day a week; collaborate with internal teams and ministries to deliver communications and media relations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
8 years of Professional experience in communications, public relations, development or related field, preferably in non-profit or religious community settings.
Software experience with WordPress.
Experience with social media, graphic design, video editing, and website publishing.
Driving may be necessary as part of this role; must comply with state laws and provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and French.
