About the role

  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production supports overall marketing strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.
  • Actively contribute to Olly Olly’s culture by providing regular feedback, sharing best practices, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and standardize processes to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA, ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Figma fluency — ability to read and assess design files to ensure pixel-perfect, accurate implementation.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
  • A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to enforce deadlines, manage processes, and elevate team performance.
