About the role
- Lead strategic planning, documentation, and compliance activities for NCQA accreditation
- Drive survey readiness and monitor performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts to ensure organizational compliance
- Conduct cross-functional governance activities with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5 continuous years of experience in healthcare or health plan quality management, quality improvement, or project management
- 3 years Related experience working in, or with a managed care organization or clinical setting in a managed environment
- 3 years Experience in project management or program management
- Demonstrated experience in program planning, development and evaluation
