About the role
- Handling graphic design tasks from concept to delivery.
- Leveraging AI in content and creative development.
- Refining projects and drafts.
- Generating creative ideas.
- Supporting A/B creative and messaging tests.

- Having broad knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- 2 years of experience designing for email, websites, direct mail, and other digital marketing channels.
- 2 years of experience working with a digital asset management system.
- 1 year of experience using project tracking software such as Workfront or similar.
- 1 year of experience working with compliant solutions in a regulated industry such as healthcare.
- 1 year of Stripo Content Software.
