About the role
- Provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) they support.
- Work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle–related issues.
- Proactively translate the group's business strategies into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives.
- Ensure positive caregiver experiences for the client groups they support.
Requirements
- 5 years experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
- Senior Human Resource Professional certification upon hire.
