About the role
- Support the voice and communication tools caregivers rely on every day
- Turn requirements into reliable solutions by helping test features, validate changes, and ensure systems operate smoothly
- Work with telco circuits and carriers, including tracking and coordinating with telcos, managing installs, disconnects, and upgrades that support voice environment
- Handle practical engineering tasks such as organizing work items, updating documentation, supporting demos, and resolving issues quickly
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 3 or more years of related experience
- Experience in a Healthcare environment (preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience managing carrier voice circuit inventory (preferred)
- End-to-End Program/Project Management Experience (preferred)
- Solution / Service Design Requirement & Specification Writing Experience (preferred)
- Stakeholder & Caregiver Engagement + Communication Experience (preferred)
- Analytical Problem Solving & Decision-Making Experience (preferred)
- Quality Ownership & Continuous Improvement Experience (preferred)
