💰 $49 - $77 per hour
About the role
- Provides assessment, evaluation and support for all quality initiatives within PHS Oregon
- Provides concurrent and retrospective support managing initiatives to comply and in accordance with Center for Medicare and Medicaid requirements
- Adheres to The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements
- Works with administrative and program personnel, and third party payors
- Supports quality initiatives and manages related projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 5 years - Clinical experience
- 5 years - Hospital experience in a progressively responsible position(s) requiring contact with various departments
- Demonstrated clinical experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, nursing, public, and all levels of hospital management
