About the role
- responsible for day-to-day monitoring and support of the revenue cycle automations
- responsible for troubleshooting, testing, error remediation
- reviewing and implementing automation modifications needed
- acts as consultant, facilitator, and teacher for department staff with respect to automation opportunities
- works closely with Providence IS resources to facilitate large system alterations
- acts as the primary system support for RPA applications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience or 5 or more years of technical experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of one year experience as Systems Analyst.
- 3 years of Epic experience.
