About the role
- Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives specifically aimed at increasing enrollment in Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (DSNP) for Providence Health Plan.
- Networking and building relationships within the community with organizations and influencers that serve dual-eligible beneficiaries.
- Enhancing Providence Health Plan's visibility in the service area through travel within assigned territories.
- Actively participating in targeted professional and/or community groups, provider groups, health fairs, and community events.
- Effectively communicating Providence's mission, values, and vision to community influencers focusing on dual-eligible individuals.
Requirements
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
- Upon hire: State Health Insurance License
- 2 years of Direct sales, marketing, or business development experience or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 2 years experience working with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid programs and beneficiaries (preferred)
