About the role
- Provides treatment of neurological, orthopedic, and muscular disorders in accordance with treatment plan established by Physical Therapist.
- Utilizes artificial aids such as prosthetic devices, therapeutic exercise techniques, emotional support and educational training to restore mobility and function to participants.
- Reduces pain, and promote healing.
- Provides home care coordination.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapist Association.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
- 1 year - Experience in the area of physical therapy.
