Lead the design and implementation of a robust EPMO operating model ensuring consistent, scalable, and efficient project management practices
Define and optimize governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and portfolio management frameworks
Support evaluation and implementation of a PPM tool for end-to-end project lifecycle including time tracking, resource management and allocation
Work with IT and stakeholders to integrate the PPM tool to support demand management, capacity planning and project prioritization
Design and implement resource management and capacity planning processes to ensure efficient allocation and utilization across the portfolio
Assess current EPMO maturity, identify gaps, and develop/implement a roadmap for maturity improvement
Establish and maintain EPMO governance models and lead change management for new tools, processes, and governance
Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and communicate performance and value delivered
Design and implement performance measurement frameworks, track key metrics, and continuously refine processes to improve project delivery
Lead, mentor, and develop the EPMO team to build strong project management capabilities across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Any relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
8 years experience in program or project management.
3 years experience impacting the healthcare experience for members.
Proven experience in evaluating and implementing third party PPM Tools
Strong expertise in resource management, capacity planning and demand forecasting
Experience with change management, particularly in the context of process and tool adoption
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent education/experience
Preferred: Coursework/Training in business process improvement, project management, change and transition management
Preferred: 3 years experience in organization transformation
Preferred: 7 years experience working in or with an integrated health system; legal experience; financial accounting; change and transition management; professional consulting experience
