About the role
- Oversee clinical quality and safety activities related to patient care and employee safety
- Standardize workflows, processes, protocols, and policies within clinics and the organization
- Implement best practice standards to improve care
- Work with leadership to support accountability and promote success
- Serve as a resource regarding clinical issues, regulatory matters, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Valid driver's license upon hire
- 3 years of direct patient care (RN)
- 2 years of leadership, Education, or Quality and Safety experience (in addition to the direct patient care experience needed)
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing or health care administration
- Preferred: Ambulatory nursing experience
- Preferred: Epic EMR experience
