  • Oversee clinical quality and safety activities related to patient care and employee safety
  • Standardize workflows, processes, protocols, and policies within clinics and the organization
  • Implement best practice standards to improve care
  • Work with leadership to support accountability and promote success
  • Serve as a resource regarding clinical issues, regulatory matters, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Valid driver's license upon hire
  • 3 years of direct patient care (RN)
  • 2 years of leadership, Education, or Quality and Safety experience (in addition to the direct patient care experience needed)
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing or health care administration
  • Preferred: Ambulatory nursing experience
  • Preferred: Epic EMR experience
