Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist.
The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
Responsible for home care coordination.
Requirements
Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart.
Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License.
1 year Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
