Performance Marketing

• You manage and optimize our cross-country Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, TikTok) — including setup, monitoring, and ongoing performance improvements.
• You develop scalable strategies for new markets and support our international expansion projects.
• You analyze market potential, identify trends, and explore innovative channels to reach our target audiences.
• You contribute to establishing and testing new advertising platforms and are open to collaborations with partners such as publishers and influencers.
• You coordinate closely with internal teams (Content, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Product) as well as external partners, agencies, and freelancers to achieve our performance goals.
• You measure, report, and present key KPIs regularly and derive actionable recommendations for the team.
