Account Executive

• You are our first point of contact for prospective customers and proactively demonstrate the benefits of partnering with ProvenExpert.
• You conduct initial conversations, quickly identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions — by phone, video call, at events, or in face-to-face meetings.
• You independently manage the entire sales cycle — from outreach and contract negotiation to handover to the Customer Success team.

Performance Marketing

• You manage and optimize our cross-border Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, TikTok) — including setup, monitoring, and continuous performance improvements.
• You develop scalable strategies for new markets and countries and support international expansion projects together with the team.
• You analyze market potential, identify trends, and explore innovative channels for our target audiences.
• You work on establishing and testing new advertising platforms and are open to collaborations, e.g., with publishers and influencers.
• You coordinate closely with internal teams (Content, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Product) as well as external partners, agencies, or freelancers to achieve our performance goals.
• You measure, report, and regularly present key KPIs and derive actionable recommendations for the team.

• You own our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & others) — from strategy to execution.
• You develop creative content formats that capture attention, build trust and strengthen community engagement.
• You derive topics from current trends and incorporate ProvenExpert’s purpose into every post.
• You plan, test and analyze content performance to continuously optimize our communications.
• You work closely with marketing, product and communications teams — acting as a source of ideas and as a brand ambassador.
