About the role
- Design and create instructional materials, including eLearning courses, training modules, user guides, videos, and job aids tailored to Finance to support user adoption and readiness.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to conduct a thorough needs analysis and understand the unique requirements of each project.
- Develop comprehensive training curricula and outlines to support different user roles, from end-users to administrators.
- Design interactive and engaging content that facilitates effective learning, incorporating best practices in instructional design.
- Review and test training materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
- Develop and implement a variety of delivery methods, such as virtual instructor-led training (VILT), self-paced eLearning, and webinars.
- Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and trainers to gather content and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to users during and after project implementation.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience designing and developing training for HCM systems, HR technology, or enterprise system implementations, preferably PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Workday.
- Familiarity with Organizational Change Management principles and adoption-focused learning approaches.
- Proficiency in instructional design software and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to communicate complex HR and system concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or migrations (e.g., PeopleSoft replacement, SaaS ERP).
