About the role
- Serve as a strategic link between the Human Resources and operations.
- Develop and implement human resources strategies.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes for operational positions.
- Promote initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.
- Provide feedback and coaching to supervisors and managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related areas.
- Minimum of 4 years in Human Resources roles, preferably as an HRBP in logistics, manufacturing, or transportation companies.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and local regulations.
- Ability to interpret and analyze human resources data.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced English.
