About the role

  • Serve as a strategic link between the Human Resources and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related areas.
  • Minimum of 4 years in Human Resources roles, preferably as an HRBP in logistics, manufacturing, or transportation companies.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and local regulations.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze human resources data.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Advanced English.
