About the role

  • lead the design strategy, vision, and execution for the portfolio of marketing-related applications and integrations
  • drive and facilitate the right discussions with executives to identify business capabilities
  • define strategic initiatives & plans on design
  • create and maintain business capability, data, process, and technology inventories
  • work with multiple capability and functional teams to gather and document the structure of the organization’s business and technology landscape
  • collaborate with product squad (engineering, product management, and research) to improve existing products and services
  • partner in the strategic planning process by providing input to the scope definition of strategic initiatives
  • produce materials and facilitate collaborative, cross-functional design sprints
  • conduct user research
  • guide creation of style guides, patterns, and design language system
  • evaluate technical constraints and business tradeoffs to ensure they are reflected in design solutions
  • drive user testing with the research team
  • coach and mentor junior analysts to improve consistency and delivery across product squads

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Advanced skills in business and functional requirements gathering
  • Data analysis
  • Functional testing
  • Process mapping
  • Workflow documentation
  • UAT planning and execution
  • Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions
  • Solid understanding of core Salesforce features and capabilities
  • Highly proficient in analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce Reporting, SQL, PowerBI, Python, Microsoft Excel)
  • Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jira)
  • Knowledge of visual collaboration tools (e.g., Mural, Miro, or Freehand)
  • Proficiency in user experience/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
  • Solid understanding of marketing technology ecosystems
  • Expert understanding of design thinking and phases of the design process
  • Experience facilitating design thinking group workshops
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent time management skills
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment
