About the role

  • Take a lead role in strengthening our relationships with clients and providing seamless guidance in the completion of engagements
  • Partner with our strategic clients to manage risk associated with their use of Digital Identity technologies
  • Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking
  • Devise solutions to support your clients' needs through analytics, automation, or the latest tools and methods
  • Develop new projects, help identify new business and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
  • Mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, etc.)
  • 9+ years working in identity and access management, either in professional services or consulting, or large (Fortune 500) organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional Certification such as identity vendor certifications or similar strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea
  • Ability to translate and communicate business value and technical/project related issues and risks to client personnel, including executives
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate
  • Experience delivering strategic IAM and/or PAM Program advisory support, including assessment, strategy, and roadmap development
