Understand clients’ business strategies and lead the delivery of enterprise digital, web, and platform implementations
Serve as the ongoing connection between the client and Protiviti Digital
Ensure strong communication, delivery excellence, and long-term relationship growth
Lead large-scale technical delivery efforts including enterprise website builds, CMS implementations, and digital transformation programs
Drive Agile delivery practices and cross-functional collaboration
Translate business goals into clear technical and delivery plans
Collaborate with leadership to create and deliver statements of work (SOWs) and manage change requests
Provide mentorship, oversight, and direction to project team members

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
7+ years of relevant project management experience
Experience in enterprise digital or web development projects, CMS and platform implementations (e.g., AEM, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.)
Agile or hybrid Agile delivery environments
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Marketo
Experience leading technical platforms, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
PMP, Scrum Master, or other Agile/project management certifications are a plus
Familiarity with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is a plus
