About the role
- Prepare analytical reports with critical, assertive insight, ensuring clarity, conciseness and technical substantiation;
- Conduct information gathering, analysis and mapping, and interviews, consolidating relevant data in a structured, complete and accurate manner;
- Execute assigned tasks with technical autonomy, ensuring high quality standards and adherence to agreed deadlines;
- Lead technical meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, and present investigation findings to client leadership under the supervision of management;
- Mentor and provide technical development for junior consultants, with managerial oversight, contributing to team growth;
- Identify, propose and implement improvements in projects, methodologies, approaches and deliverables, subject to alignment and approval by leadership;
- Propose recommendations, corrective actions and improvements based on investigation findings;
- Act in a consultative capacity, identifying opportunities for new business and strengthening client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Law, Accounting or Business Administration
- Proven experience in corporate investigations, investigative auditing or related areas;
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (analysis, data cross-referencing and consolidation) and PowerPoint (preparation of executive presentations);
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including planning, execution and schedule control;
- Strong ability to draft and review technical documents, reports and executive presentations;
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics applied to investigations and audits;
- Experience in investigative auditing, including data sanitization and execution of transaction testing;
- Knowledge and experience using forensic and e-discovery tools;
- Ability to build keyword lists based on case context and investigative hypotheses;
- Advanced English;
- Spanish is a plus.
