About the role

  • Work on Business Continuity Management (BCM) projects and deliver results as planned.
  • Conduct interviews and meetings to identify risks and prepare Business Impact Analyses (BIA).
  • Assess continuity and operational risks, proposing mitigation recommendations.
  • Develop and review Business Continuity Plans, Crisis Management Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
  • Create emergency response and incident response plans, and deliver training to clients.
  • Support the execution of test simulations.
  • Assist with corporate and process Risk Management projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Business and process awareness to assess impacts.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management).
  • Knowledge of Risk Management practices.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Postgraduate degree in related fields (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., BCI, DRI).
