About the role
- Work on Business Continuity Management (BCM) projects and deliver results as planned.
- Conduct interviews and meetings to identify risks and prepare Business Impact Analyses (BIA).
- Assess continuity and operational risks, proposing mitigation recommendations.
- Develop and review Business Continuity Plans, Crisis Management Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
- Create emergency response and incident response plans, and deliver training to clients.
- Support the execution of test simulations.
- Assist with corporate and process Risk Management projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Business and process awareness to assess impacts.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management).
- Knowledge of Risk Management practices.
- Consulting experience.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Postgraduate degree in related fields (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., BCI, DRI).
