About the role
- Prepare analytical reports with a critical, assertive perspective, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and technical substantiation;
- Conduct information gathering, analysis, and mapping, including interviews, consolidating relevant data in a structured, comprehensive, and accurate manner;
- Perform investigative audits, analyzing available databases and applying data analytics tests to identify "red flags" and select samples for subsequent transaction testing;
- Perform forensic email analysis to identify evidence related to fraud;
- Execute assigned tasks with technical autonomy, ensuring a high standard of quality and meeting agreed deadlines;
- Lead technical meetings with clients and internal stakeholders and present investigation results to client leadership under the supervision of management;
- Mentor and provide technical development to junior consultants, with managerial oversight, contributing to the team's growth;
- Identify, propose, and implement improvements to projects, methodologies, approaches, and products, subject to leadership alignment and approval;
- Propose recommendations, corrective actions, and improvements based on investigation findings;
- Act in a consultative capacity, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Proven experience in corporate investigations, investigative auditing, or related fields;
- Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (analysis, data cross-referencing, and consolidation) and PowerPoint (preparation of executive presentations);
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and schedule control;
- Strong ability to draft and review technical documents, reports, and executive presentations;
- Advanced knowledge of Data Analytics applied to investigations and audits, including data sanitization and execution of transaction testing;
- Knowledge and experience using eDiscovery and forensic tools;
- Ability to build keyword lists based on case context and investigative hypotheses;
- Analytical and critical mindset for data interpretation and identification of patterns and anomalies;
- Ability to structure investigative hypotheses and define appropriate methodological approaches;
- Rapport techniques for conducting interviews and engaging with diverse audiences;
- Storytelling skills applied to presenting findings and conclusions clearly and persuasively;
- Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI, Python, and SQL;
- Advanced Spanish and/or English.
