About the role
- Lead end-to-end architectural design, process, and technical strategy for enterprise-grade SAP products
- Drive blueprinting, modernization, and scalable integration of Multi-Target Applications (MTAs)
- Discuss business process challenges and formulate corresponding technical solution architecture
- Design highly available, secure, and performant platform components across TypeScript-based NodeJS CAP service architectures
- Guide strategy across SAPUI5 modernization approaches and cloud-native architecture principles
- Serve as technical and process authority across engineering, product, SAP ABAP teams, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong ERP experience with deep business process expertise
- Proven ability to lead business process discussions and convert them into technical solutions
- Experience operating in one of the following profiles:
- - Functional-first SAP professional expanding into architecture
- - Technical-first SAP professional moving into functional/business architecture
- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end ERP-aligned extension architectures on SAP BTP
- Expert-level NodeJS architecture experience
- Expert-level TypeScript proficiency
- Deep experience with SAP BTP platform architecture
- Mastery of MTA and CAP frameworks
- Strong cross-platform integration expertise
- Advanced experience with React in SAP BTP ecosystems
- Extensive SAP ecosystem knowledge (S/4, ECC, OData, RFC, IDoc)
