About the role

Own a portfolio of cross-functional engineering programs aligned to business and product strategy.
Drive on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Define and track key delivery metrics (schedule, budget, risks, outcomes).
Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs.
Establish and evolve PMO standards, governance, and reporting.
Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum practices across teams.
Oversee program delivery across software, infrastructure, and platform teams.
Manage dependencies, risks, and release readiness across programs.
Lead enterprise use of Jira and related tools (e.g., Confluence).
Serve as a key partner to engineering, product, and executive teams.

10+ years of program/project/audit management experience in technology or engineering organizations
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and/or PMO functions
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team engineering programs
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum (SAFe or similar frameworks preferred)
Hands-on experience with Jira (including configuration and reporting)
Experience building or leading PMO governance, processes, and metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the Executive level.
