About the role
- Provide support to claims team by handling a large volume of claims calls and emails
- Open new claims, collecting and reviewing all claim documents, and providing claim status updates
- Provide exceptional customer service and carry out key administrative duties
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish Fluency to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers effectively
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong mathematical aptitude
