Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative direction, advertising, or agency management, with at least 3 years in a client/agency liaison role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated artistic ability in developing creative and innovative concepts.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of creative development processes and brand management principles.
  • Proficiency in relevant creative tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple high-visibility projects.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present ideas.
