About the role

  • Visit, Sell, and distribute, Deliver & Display volume to assigned customers route according to business & customers channel.
  • Collect & follows journey plan.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • Achieve daily, monthly & annual sales objectives by category, SKU, and customers based plan.
  • Responsible for achieving distribution & coverage objectives for assigned journey plan.
  • Responsible for deploying the POSM as per standards and company guidelines.
  • Responsible for tagging all the goods with clear pricing at customers outlets.
  • Responsible for depositing all amount of daily sales collection to company accounting cashier maximum on next working day with day closing receipt.
  • Adhere to company policy on damages and expiry products.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of actual stock quantity per item and expiry dates is matching the system stock inventory for all times.
  • Responsible for implementing FEFO replenishment plan.
  • Responsible for all the distribution of outlets as per company priority and customers locations.
  • Responsible for keeping the goods in secure, healthy and clean condition inside the van and the customers premises.
  • Responsible for proper use of company assets.
  • Responsible for ensuring that No exception on return for expiries or damage goods.
  • Highlight any competitors’ activity on regular basis.
  • Responsible of ensuring vehicle Refrigerator air condition is working fine & to keep product in good condition & sellable situation.
  • Responsible for providing all the needed accurate data and requirements for the new customers.
  • Responsible to have good look all the time in the company and market.
  • Undertake any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by the management.
