About the role

  • Perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but is not limited to the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
  • Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
  • Monitor current financial performance metrics.
  • Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Ensure teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
  • Advanced understanding of Estimates
  • Must have prior experience with OEM
  • Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures, scanning process
  • Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
  • Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
