About the role
- Administration of banking applications in the current account (giro) environment, e.g., management of account models and interest rate changes according to the requirements of our Sparkasse clients
- Gathering and clarification of customer requirements
- Advising customers on implementation options and their implications
- Maintaining documentation
- Quality assurance through the four-eyes principle
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in banking
- Professional experience in the organizational department of a savings bank or bank
- Experience administering the current account area within the Finanz Informatik portal is desirable
- Responsible and structured approach to resolving customer issues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Strong service orientation and team skills
- Very good communication skills in German
