Systems Engineer

• Your apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2026!
• Practical, hands-on experience is important to us, so you will be involved in day-to-day operations from the very beginning.
• You will assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
• You will learn everything necessary about the optimal interaction of hardware components, operating systems and network technology.
• You will be involved in the installation, configuration and operation of software and hardware, as well as troubleshooting during daily operations.
• You will complete the school-based part of your training at the Heinrich-Hertz-Europakolleg vocational school in Bonn.

Apprentice IT Specialist for System Integration

Communications

• Du unterstützt aktiv unseren Incident-Prozess und hilfst dabei, Störungen schnell zu lösen – 2nd Level Support.
• Du bearbeitest Incident- und Change-Request-Tickets und behältst dabei den Überblick über unsere Ticket- und Auftragssysteme.
• Du sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen und Aufgaben im System an die richtigen Teams weitergeleitet werden.
• Du unterstützt bei der organisatorischen und technischen Betreuung unserer Anwendungen.
• Du hilfst bei der Administration der betreuten Systeme und Tools.
• Du pflegst und erweiterst unsere Wissensdatenbanken, damit alle schneller Lösungen finden.
• Außerdem unterstützt du uns bei spannenden Projekten im IT-Umfeld und sammelst dabei wertvolle Praxiserfahrung.

• Projektmanagement: Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte im Berechtigungsmanagement
• Unterstützung: Erfüllung von gesetzlichen, aufsichtsrechtlichen und bankindividuellen Vorgaben im Schwerpunkt Berechtigungsmanagement (z.B. Abbildung des Sollrollenkonzeptes sowie weiteren Veränderungen des Berechtigungsmanagementsystems)
• Beratung: Unterstützen unserer Kunden im Bereich Berechtigungsmanagement und Umsetzung: gemeinsam mit unserem Team Berechtigungsmanagement realisieren Sie die Ergebnisse in OSPlus
• Coaching: Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops, Umsetzungsbegleitungen und Schulungen/Coaching
