IT Service Technician, Field Service Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support for rollout projects
- Installation, relocation and dismantling of hardware
- Fault resolution and technical maintenance of hardware and software
- Maintenance through regular checks, preventive servicing and updates of hardware and software systems
- Administration of telephony, printer management and special-purpose hardware
- Assistance with incident resolution
- Fault analysis remotely and on-site at customer locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vocational training in an IT-technical field desirable but not mandatory
- Career changers welcome
- Class B driver’s license required
- Experience in logistics advantageous
- Experience in IMAC/R environments
- Knowledge of Windows administration is a plus
- Familiarity with Client Management Console desirable
- Willingness to travel
- Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Availability for assignments at customer sites
- Good German communication skills
